Construction is nearing at the 750 W. Elm location for Umatilla Electric. In order to complete necessary renovations, the existing lobby must be relocated for the duration of the project. The current lobby area is set to close mid-March and will be temporarily relocated to a modular building being set on the south-east corner of the UEC property, near the intersection of Elm Ave. and First Place. Specific dates and details for the transition will be announced soon, after the delivery of the modular building. The transition should not disrupt payment service as the new location will house the same great staff and offer the same services for both Umatilla Electric members and Hermiston Energy Services customers. The modular building will have many payment stations, ADA access and car-side service for payment convenience. The current parking lot and building will not be accessible for members through the duration of construction. Please be careful in the area and watch for crews working.
