UEC will close our Hermiston and Boardman offices on Thursday, Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day and on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 24.
Payment Options: We encourage our members to utilize our drive thru and other self-service options such as:
- Pay-by-Phone - call (888) 480-9709 anytime day or night
- Online bill-pay - the SmartHub app is available in the App Store or Google Play or login to view your account and make payments from a computer, smartphone or tablet.
- On-site kiosks - located in the drive-thru at our Boardman office and to the right of the front entrance at our Hermiston headquarters.
