You can use the change of address form listed below if you would like us to send your bill to a different address than you currently have on file with Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC).

Please do not use this online form if you are turning-on or transferring your electric service to a new address. Instead, use our Start Service form (PDF) to apply for membership and begin services with Umatilla Electric. If you already have service with UEC and would like to have it transferred, please give our team a call at (541) 567-6414 during regular business hours.
