Free Home Energy Audit
The first step in to participating in UEC’s Heat Pump or Weatherization Program is to call UEC to schedule your FREE home energy audit. This provides important information about your home to you the homeowner as well as the participating installer. By having a home energy audit complete in no way obligates you to participate in any other program.
Clothes Washer Rebate
For the purchase of a qualifying Energy Star rated clothes washer, you can receive up to a $100 credit on your power bill.
Heat Pump Program
UEC members who want to install an energy efficient heat pump system may be eligible to participate in Umatilla Electric’s Heat Pump Program. Homeowners may choose between a cash back rebate or low interest financing for qualifying energy-efficient heat pump.
Water Heater Rebate Program
The second highest use of energy in your home is your hot water heater. Install a new energy efficient water heater for a $50 credit on your power bill; or install an efficient heat pump water heater to receive a $300 rebate.
UEC members who want to install energy efficient weatherization measures, such as windows or insulation, may be eligible to participate in Umatilla Electric’s Weatherization Program. Homeowners may choose between a cash back rebate or low interest financing for qualifying weatherization measures.
New Manufactured Home Program
Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC) offers cash incentive to home buyers who purchase a NEEM certified manufactured homes.
