Umatilla Electric has a high-efficiency electric heat pump water heater to give to a member of our community!
The cooperative will give the winner a 50-gallon heat pump water heater and pay for the installation if they fit the following requirements:
- Must have a site-built home with an electric hot water heater located in the garage or cement basement (manufactured homes not allowed)
- Allow pre-inspection of the home before installation to ensure proper fit
- Must consent to allow installation contractors to shoot a training video during the installation of the heat pump water heater (this video will be used to educate other installers in the area about proper technique and benefits)
