Several hundred UEC members will be contacted in coming weeks as part of the National Survey on the Cooperative Difference. If you receive a survey call or email, please know it provides us with valuable information about your beliefs and values relating to our cooperative.The survey provides us with information on how to serve you better and allows us to gauge our member satisfaction, known as the ACSI score. UEC has participated in this Touchstone Survey every two years since 2008. Bellomy Research of Winston-Salem, N.C., will conduct the survey; the interviewers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of Umatilla Electric Cooperative.
