At Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC), our members are at the center of every decision we make. As a member-owned cooperative, your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well, where we can improve, and how we can better serve our communities in the future.
Beginning August 10, UEC will conduct a confidential member survey to gather feedback on topics including electric service, communications, member programs, technology, and your overall experience with the cooperative. The survey results will help guide future planning, prioritize improvements, and ensure we continue meeting the evolving needs of our membership. Your input will help better shape the future of your cooperative. We encourage all-members to take part and share their perspectives.

Survey invitations will be sent by email beginning August 10. If your email address is outdated or missing from your account, you may not receive an invitation to participate.
