Umatilla Electric Cooperative is reopening the doors of its headquarters office on Wednesday, Oct. 1, inviting members back into a refreshed and more accessible space.
The office hours will remain the same, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and members will notice several updates designed with both comfort and convenience in mind. Privacy has been enhanced for members conducting business inside, while new safety measures provide additional support for employees.
Outside, parking areas have been improved for easier navigation and access to the building. In addition, the cooperative has reinstalled drive-up service, making it simple for members to pay complete transactions without leaving their vehicles.
With these updates complete, Umatilla Electric’s team looks forward to welcoming members back on Oct.1 and continuing to provide the reliable, personal service that powers the community.
