Our team had a great experience at the Eastern Oregon University (EOU) Career Expo in La Grande last week, where we connected with a diverse group of attendees, including EOU students, local job seekers, and high school students from several area schools. There was a steady flow of students interested in learning more about opportunities at Umatilla Electric. Events like this are especially meaningful, as many students are not yet familiar with the utility industry.
We value the opportunity to share what we do, highlight the variety of career paths available, and connect with individuals who are interested in building their futures in eastern Oregon and contributing to rural communities.
