Umatilla Electric Cooperative is proud to sponsor six outstanding local students to attend the 2025 ICUA Youth Rally, taking place July 7–11 at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho.
The Youth Rally is more than just a camp - it's a week of hands-on learning, leadership development, and unforgettable experiences. Participants explore topics like government and civics, renewable energy, and the electric utility industry, while also taking part in team-building activities, business challenges, and classic camp fun like obstacle courses and dances.
Representing UEC this year are:
-
Abrianna Lomeli, serving as a student director
-
Callista “Callie” Owens, returning for her second year as a delegate
-
Adalia Chavez, Zachary Cain, Aaron Bazan, and Kari Bazan, all attending as delegates
We’re proud to support these future leaders as they charge forward in their education and personal growth! Follow along with their journey and learn more on the ICUA Youth Rally Facebook page.
