The intersection of Highway 395 and Elm Avenue in Hermiston will see traffic impacts and delays this weekend, March 16 to 17, while crews pull a new line over the rebuilt transmission infrastructure. This project is replacing an existing transmission line, ensuring UEC members will experience safe and reliable power for years to come.
