Postal Delays May Have Affected UEC Bills

To our valued members expecting their bills in the mail at the end of February.

There was a delay in mailing the statements with a March 15th due date. Since you will be receiving your bill(s) later than usual, you will not be charged any late fees.

To obtain your balance and account information, you can access SmartHub from your computer, smartphone or tablet or contact Customer Service at 1-800-452-2273.

If you would like to make a payment, the following resources are available:

  • SmartHub app or link go to Bill & Payment Options
  • Pay by phone at 1-888-480-9709 (available 24 hours)
  • Use our payment kiosks located at our Hermiston and Boardman offices.
