Umatilla Electric Cooperative is reopening the doors of your headquarters building on Wednesday, Oct. 1, inviting you, our members - back into a refreshed and more accessible space.

Office hours will remain the same, Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Members visiting the office will notice a number of updates designed with privacy, safety and convenience in mind.

Outside the building, improvements make accessing the office easier than ever. Parking areas and entrances have been redesigned for smoother traffic flow and easier navigation, including additional parking spaces and ADA accessibility (shown below in pic. 1). The drive-through service lane (pic. 2) has been relocated and improved, giving members a convenient option to complete transactions without leaving their vehicles. The 27/4 digital kiosk is also available on the exterior of the building for convenient account access, even outside of regular office hours.

The new lobby (pic. 3) features individual counter windows that provide one-on-one service from our Member Service Representatives. These counters also serve as added protection for employees, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. For more in-depth discussions about your service, a private office adjoining the lobby space offers privacy for conversations about your account.

“These updates were made with our members in mind,” says Robert Echenrode, president/CEO. “We want to provide a welcoming space that reflects the level of service and care our members deserve.”

With the renovation now complete, Umatilla Electric looks forward to welcoming you, our members, back to the headquarters location and continuing to provide you with the reliable, personal service that you deserve.
