This year marks the 31st year of celebrating Customer Service Week during the first full week in October.
Since its beginnings, the week has been embraced by organizations across the globe that recognize the value of service and the contributions of their frontline teams. Communication with our members is a crucial part of the cooperative’s activities. Our Customer Service Representatives work tirelessly to ensure that our members understand their membership perks, help with billing and account information and work tirelessly to answer each members questions.
National Customer Service Appreciation Week is observed Oct. 3-7 and UEC is thrilled to celebrate the front-line employees that serve as the face of the Cooperative. We appreciate the dedication and heart that the Customer Service Representative team puts into their work for our members.
