As part of UEC’s Hermiston Office remodel, we are excited to offer new and improved ways for members to pay their bills, designed with convenience, flexibility, and accessibility in mind. These updates are designed to meet members where they are, online, in person, or on the go.
Members visiting the Hermiston Office may have noticed that the drive-thru service lane has been relocated and enhanced. The updated layout improves traffic flow and ease of use, allowing members to complete transactions efficiently without ever leaving their vehicle. This option is especially helpful for those with busy schedules, mobility concerns, or simply a preference for quick, contact-free service.
In addition to the improved drive-thru, members now have access to a digital payment kiosk, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Located on the exterior of the building within the drive-thru area, the kiosk provides convenient, secure account access at any time, whether you’re stopping by early in the morning, late in the evening, or outside of regular office hours. This self-service option allows members to pay bills when it works best for them, adding another layer of flexibility to managing their account.
The Hermiston Office dropbox has also been updated and relocated to the front of the building, making it easier to find and access. For members who prefer to pay by check or drop off paperwork, the dropbox offers a simple, no-wait option that fits seamlessly into your routine.
Importantly, these conveniences are not limited to Hermiston. Members visiting our Boardman Office can enjoy similar options, including a drive-thru service lane and dropbox, offering the same ease of access and flexibility.
