Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC) is thrilled to announce that Logan Grieb has been promoted to the role of Regulatory Compliance Specialist as of Aug. 4.
Grieb, a Heppner, Ore. native, joined the cooperative four years ago and has been an integral part of the organization in his role as executive assistant. Grieb graduated from Oregon State University with an undergraduate degree in marketing and while working full-time at UEC, completed a master’s in business administration from Western Governor’s University through the co-op’s tuition reimbursement program. Prior to working at Umatilla Electric, he held roles related to sales, marketing, account/client management, and data analytics.
In his new role, Logan will be working across departments to manage UEC’s existing compliance obligations and stay ahead of future requirements as the cooperative continues to grow.
“During his time at UEC, Logan has demonstrated a deep understanding of the cooperative’s operations and showcased outstanding initiative and a strong ability to collaborate across teams,” says Cole Bode, vice president of engineering. “We are thrilled for him to continue to support our organization in this new role.”
Grieb began his new position on Monday, Aug. 4, and will continue to work as an executive assistant in a limited capacity until that role is filled.
UEC congratulates Logan on this well-deserved promotion and looks forward to the expertise and dedication he will bring to this vital role.
