Umatilla Electric was proud to welcome nearly 20 students from the Port of Morrow's "Sparkforce Camp" to our Boardman Operations Center on Wednesday, July 30. As part of the presentation, Journeyman Lineman, Nick McFarlane, gave students a firsthand look at a day in the life of a lineworker and what it takes to power our communities.
We are proud to continue working with our education partners in Morrow County to help students understand the range of career opportunities in the utility industry.
