High school juniors in Umatilla, Morrow, or Union Counties whose parent or guardian is a UEC member can apply for the 2026 NRECA Washington, D.C. Youth Tour, held June 14-21. This once-in-a-lifetime expenses-paid trip includes visits to historical sites, meetings with Oregon’s congressional leaders, leadership training, and insights into energy and climate issues.
