To honor the individuals behind our mission, we’re proud to introduce Behind the Switch, a new employee spotlight campaign that shines a light on the faces behind the power.
UEC is experiencing some of the most dynamic growth in its history. With expanding infrastructure, new technologies, and increasing demand for reliable service, we’re investing not only in systems - but in the people who make those systems run. Every department, from engineering and operations to member services and information technology, plays a critical role in delivering safe, dependable electricity to our communities.
Behind the Switch is our way of introducing you to the individuals who make it all happen.
Beginning next month, you’ll see a monthly feature of one of our many talented employees across the cooperative. This campaign isn’t just about job titles - it’s about stories. It’s about highlighting the skill, heart, and dedication that our employees bring to the table each day. These are linemen who brave the elements to restore power in the middle of the night. These are member service representatives who help neighbors navigate their energy needs. These are metermen, engineers, accountants, communicators, and technicians - all working together to ensure the lights stay on and the co-op remains strong.
