If you need to make a payment during these times, please consider the following options:
- Pay-by-Phone - call (855) 939-3714 anytime day or night
- Online bill-pay - the SmartHub app is available in the App Store or Google Play or login from our website, www.UmatillaElectric.com to view your account and make payments from a computer, smartphone or tablet.
- On-site kiosks - located in the drive-thru at our Boardman and Hermiston offices
