On behalf of UEC members, the Board of Directors selects a few local non-profit organizations to support in the region.
Board President Bryan Wolfe presented a donation to Farmers Ending Hunger, an organization whose mission is to eliminate hunger in Oregon by increasing the amount of high quality food available to hungry local communities through a partnership of farmers, food processors, Oregon Food Bank and the public.

Board Member Tom Pitzer presented a donation to the Stanfield Food Basket, a local non-profit providing food support to the community of Stanfield and the surrounding area.
During the donation presentation, Stanfield Food Basket representative, Bev, shared that the organization is serving record numbers of families with their services. UEC appreciates the efforts of the Stanfield Food Basket and the essential services the organization provides in our service territory.
