High school students with a passion for leadership, learning, and adventure—this opportunity is for you! Each year, Umatilla Electric Cooperative sponsors a select group of local sophomores and juniors to attend the Idaho Consumer-Owned Utilities Association’s (ICUA) Youth Rally, a dynamic weeklong camp designed to inspire future leaders.
Held at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, this immersive experience brings together students from across the Northwest to engage in leadership training, teamwork challenges, and industry insights—all while forming lasting friendships. Attendees will also explore topics like government, energy, and personal development, gaining skills that will serve them for a lifetime. Beyond the classroom, the Youth Rally is packed with fun activities, creating an environment where learning and excitement go hand in hand.
