Connie Kraegenbrink, land use specialist, was recognized today as our Employee of the Quarter.
Nearly two years ago, Connie created an internal employee education program offering "Lunch and Learn" opportunities once per month to learn about the cooperative across departments. Connie organizes the speakers, location, ordering lunch, and more.
Connie, with help from the IT department, also films each session, so employees unable to attend can watch at a later time.
Connie’s dedication to education and training exemplifies the fifth cooperative principle, emphasizes the importance of empowering employees with knowledge and skills. Her "Lunch and Learn" program has fostered a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, ensuring employees understand the cooperative's mission and operations.
