Umatilla Electric Cooperative congratulates Florinda Coleman on her retirement and thanks her for four years of dedicated service as a Land Use Specialist. In her role, Florinda was instrumental in supporting our engineering team and played a key part in advancing projects that help power our growing region.
Beyond her professional contributions, Florinda brought a culture of care, thoughtfulness and quiet leadership to UEC. She was known for looking out for her coworkers, offering a helping hand when needed, and always putting people first.
Her generosity and team spirit shined during Breast Cancer Awareness Month each October, where she organized and led one of the most beloved fundraisers - selling her homemade breakfast burritos to raise money in support of the cause. Her kindness and effort added heart to every campaign and left a lasting mark on our cooperative.
We wish Florinda all the best in this next chapter and thank her for the warmth and dedication she brought to UEC. She will be missed!
