Pursuant to Article II of the bylaws, Umatilla Electric’s service area is divided into seven districts. The members of each district elect a director to represent them for a three-year term. Elections are being held this year for Districts 5, 6 & 7. Ballots have been mailed to those district members who are qualified to vote. Results will be announced on April 18, 2020. Ballots are mailed directly to members in each district with information on each nominee and directions for submitting your vote. For questions please call us at (541) 567-6414.
District 5 Candidates
District 5 – Includes the Wheatland, Butter Creek, and Pilot Rock service area. District 5 is currently represented by Glenn Rohde.
Candidates include: Blake Bettencourt, Dr.Tom Pitzer, and Glenn Rohde.

District 6 Candidates
District 6 – Includes service area east and southeast of Pendleton, the Umatilla River/Weston Mountain area, and a small portion of northwest Union County. District 6 is currently represented by Steve Platt.

District 7 – Includes the area surrounding Hermiston going to Airport Road on the south, Punkin Center Road on the north, Ott Road on the east, and Quick Road on the west. District 7 is currently represented by John Otis.
