Billing Options That Serve You Best

Budget Billing

Budget your power bill by paying the same monthly amount throughout the year, based on average usage of the past 12 months. By equalizing your payments, you avoid the seasonal peaks associated with heating and cooling months. Your average billing amount is reviewed and adjusted each year. Participation requires a 12-month continuous use history. You may sign up online or visit UEC’s Hermiston or Boardman offices for help.

Recurring Bill Payment

In Recurring Bill Payments, the amount of your monthly bill is withdrawn from the account you specify, checking/savings or use a credit/debit card. You don’t have to write a check or go out to pay your bill. Sign up online for Recurring Payments. If you are a member who uses our recurring payment program, you will need to re-register in SmartHub.
