Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the safety and compliance functions at Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC). Develops, coordinates and implements safety programs that result in a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Assists in ensuring compliance with all federal and state safety laws and regulations and company safety procedures, policies and processes. Assists with accident investigations and processing of damage claims. Promotes a safe working environment by coordinating training and seminars, participating with the safety committee, and providing on-going safety communications to all employees
