The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing activities of the department, including company recruitment, training and compliance. Responsible for management of the cooperative’s employee benefit program. Monitors and provides recommendations regarding compensation, benefits, employee programs and employee and bargaining unit relations. Oversees the planning, development and execution of human resources strategies and initiatives to achieve alignment with the overall strategic mission of the cooperative.
