Job Description
The Lead Financial Analyst will assist the Vice President, Finance & Rates across a variety of activities within the Cooperative. This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis of complex information and analytical support to management and others as needed.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Minimum Requirements (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE):
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related discipline.
Experience:
Seven (7) or more years of related experience in a comparable industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of experience in power/utility finance is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e-mail and use scheduling software.
