Team building is a large part of this role, and the ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The IT Supervisor should have the ability to connect with others and take the time to understand how technology impacts employees’ day-to-day functions and UEC’s long-term growth goals. This position supervises the support desk and IT analyst operations. The IT Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow and performance of the team, as well as acting as an escalation point for Support Desk Specialists. This position is an in-office position.
