With the new construction of the UEC building, how much of the construction was kept local?

UEC solicited proposals from qualified contractors from our service area and as far away as the Tri-Cities.  Chervenell Construction, based out of Kennewick, Washington was chosen as the general contractor and was asked to work with local-based businesses and subcontractors, including Knerr Construction, as the Owner’s Representative of the project.
