Umatilla Electric Cooperative scored an 84 out of 100 points in the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index report. Administered by the University of Michigan, this score is a reflection of the quality of products and services provided and compares UEC to other companies nationwide that have participated in a similar survey. UEC’s score is three points higher than the previous survey two years ago, and compares favorably with national averages of 72 for municipal utilities, 75 for investor owned utilities and 78 for cooperative utilities.
