A fault on an underground power line touched off a 19-minute outage affecting about 732 customers Saturday morning, Dec. 2, in southwest Hermiston. The outage began at about 10:03 a.m., and was related to an earlier outage affecting about 75 customers at the Chateaubri Mobile Home Community that occurred at about 6:42 a.m.
