Both our Boardman and Hermiston offices will be available by appointment only. We encourage our members to utilize our drive thru and other self-service options such as: pay-by-phone, online bill-pay and our on-site kiosks and drop boxes – located in the drive-thru at our Boardman office and to the right of the front entrance at our Hermiston headquarters.
As an essential business, we are committed to remaining staffed and working for our members. However, due to the rising threat of COVID-19, we’ve had to make the hard decision to close our front lobbies to walk-in traffic.
