Membership Signup
To sign up for new service, you can set up your account by telephone, fax or stopping in the UEC office nearest you. Simply complete the membership application and sign it. With the payment of a $5 membership fee, you are automatically a cooperative member.
You can submit a request to start or stop service 24 hours a day, seven days a week using this convenient online form. A representative will contact you within one business days to confirm your request.
