Life Support Notification - If your life, or the life of a loved one, depends on electrically-powered medical equipment, such as a ventilator or kidney dialysis machine, please let us know so that you can be placed on our registry as needing alternate sources of power in cases of planned power outages.

Request Payment Extension - A Payment Extension offers you extra time to pay your current electric bill, should you be experiencing financial difficulties.

A qualified extension allows you to pay your current bill after your due date but before your next bill's due date.

Security Lighting - For better visibility and security, have Hermiston Energy Services install a security yard light on your property.

Start or Stop Service - You can submit a request to start or stop service 24 hours a day, seven days a week using this convenient online form. A representative will contact you within two business days to confirm your request.
